What does BMS stand for?

BMS stands for beef marbling score. Beef marbling score is a scale that goes between 0 to 12. The more intermuscular fat within the beef the higher the score. The higher the score the more rich and tender the meat is.

How long can I store the meat in the refrigerator or freezer?

Once thawed, we do not recommend keeping the steak in the refrigerator for over 5 days in its vacuum sealed package. While steak can be frozen safely for up to 6 months or more, to experience the steak at its best we do not recommend keeping it frozen longer than 2 months.

Can I place a special order?

If you are looking for something that is not on our favorites menu, just contact u sand we will work with you individually to get you what you are looking for.
